I am a consultant and Certified PMP, with proven years of experience in leading complex projects and initiatives across different industries, including banking and finance, tech, construction, and many others. I am expert at leading end-to-end project lifecycles from conceptualization to delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives, client expectations, and regulatory standards. I am able to work with various personnel including engineering teams, key stakeholders, and vendors to ensure a seamless delivery of projects while also addressing discrepancies. Dedicated to staying updated with the latest industry developments and technologies to provide recommendations for process enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.  Your satisfaction is my number one priority.

Personal

I am a single father of two grown men, enjoy spending time with family and working on various home projects.  I enjoy sports and the outdoor and am an avid hunter.  I try to give back to society by volunteering my time with many organizations including The American Cancer Society, The Susan G Homan foundation and many others.  Currently I serve as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advisor) volunteer with the family courts in my home county.
